Fun Family Scrapbook Page

This afternoon was my Comfort Cafe' Scrapbook in an Afternoon class.  I had 4 ladies attend and everyone had a great time.  Several had different ideas in mind for their albums - family pictures, vacation, holidays.

Here is just one of the many pages we made:
I really love the way it turned out.  Little strips of paper designed to look like ribbon flags are popular right now and we used the Timeless Type Junior Sizzlits with the Big Shot to cut our titles.  I titled my page "Love", but a couple of the others used "Family" or "Trip."  Because the layout is so open you could easily arrange several 4x6 photos.

The background is a sheet of Pool Party cardstock 12x12, with two 3x12 strips of Comfort Cafe' designer paper.  The paper strips are each 1 1/4" wide and vary in length from 5 1/2" down to 4" long.  We used the 1 1/4" square punch to notch out the flags.

If you enjoy scrapbooking or would like to try it then save the date for Sunday, December 2nd as we'll be creating a 20 page album using the fun little Festive Prints Paper Pack.
