Sweet Toile Rabbit Card for the Stampers Showcase Blog Hop September 2019

Welcome to the Stamper's Showcase September 2019 Blog Hop!  This month our theme is all about the new Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog.  I chose to play with my favorite Holiday Catalog stamp set - Nature's Beauty.

I just adore the realistic animal images in the Nature's Beauty stamp set - especially this sweet little rabbit.  I decided to pair it with the Toile Tidings Designer Series Paper and sponge the edges with Soft Suede ink for a vintage look.  The Heirloom Frames embossing folder added the perfect touch to the Garden Green oval to frame the stamped image.
I haven't played with my Watercolor Pencils in awhile so I pulled them out to create a delicate painted look to the little bunny, leaves, and grass.  I added just a touch of color with the pencils and then blended it together with a Blender Pen.
Thank you for visiting my blog, www.jessbcreativecardiology.com.  I hope you enjoyed my Sweet Toile Rabbit card.  Click on the "Next Blog" button below to visit UK Demo Kate Bolt's beautiful card!

Stampin' Up! Seaside Notions Sand Dollar Trio Card for the Greek Isles Trip Achievers June 2019 Blog Hop #GDP194

Welcome to the June 2019 Greek Isles Trip Achievers Blog Hop!  Our theme this month is product from the new 2019-2020 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog.  I've also decided to play along with the Global Design Project sketch challenge.
http://www.global-design-project.com/2019/06/global-design-project-194-sketch.html

My husband and I love the beach so when I saw the Seaside Notions stamp set in the new catalog it went on my shopping list and was one of the first stamp sets I added to my order this month.  I decided to pair the stamp set with this fun pattern from the See A Silhouette Designer Series Paper pack with the deep sea watercolor look.
I stamped the trio of sand dollars with Rich Razzleberry ink on a scrap of Whisper White cardstock, painted them with my Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to blend the color a bit, and then cut them out with my Paper Snips.
As you can see in this close up picture I popped each Sand Dollar up with a Stampin' Dimensional and then added a colored rhinestone from the Noble Peacock Rhinestone pack to each center.  I stamped the sentiment directly on the Designer Series Paper in Night of Navy ink.

Thank you for visiting our trip achievers blog hop, and my blog www.jessbcreativecardiology.com.  I hope you've enjoyed my Sand Dollar Trio card featuring the Seaside Notions stamp set and gorgeous See a Silhouette Designer Series Paper.  I know you'll continue to be inspired by what the other blog hop participants have to share.  Check out the list below to see who is up next!

Beautiful Day Rainbow of In Colors Card for Crazy Crafter’s Blog Hop

I feel so honored to be featured as the Crazy Crafter’s Blog Hop special guest!  Many thanks to my Australian friend Kylie Bertucci and her team of Crazy Crafter's for inviting me to participate! I’ve really enjoyed looking back through the projects I’ve made over the years to pick one to CASE (copy and selectively edit) and I hope they have too.

I've chosen to CASE one of my most favorite cards ever and have attempted to re-create it using current Stampin' Up! products.
My blog post about the original card made back in 2015 can be found here.

I used the flower image from the Beautiful Day stamp set, stamped it multiple times on Shimmery White cardstock using the new Stampin' Up! In Color ink pads, and watercolored the leaves and petals with my Aquapainter.
Here is my finished card!
After stamping the image in each of the 5 new colors I cut them each apart with my Paper Snips and then arranged them on the card-font using Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere them.
And this photo shows a close up view of the layers of different colored petals.  You can see a bit of the sparkle from the Shimmer Paper peeking through.  I used one of the new Tinted Faceted Buttons in Grapefruit Grove and a few rhinestones to give it the finishing touch.
Thank you for stopping by!  I hope you enjoyed my card.  Please click on the next blog link to see the other amazing projects my work has inspired!
