Welcome to our Creative Cardiology Team October 2023 Blog Hop! This month we are featuring a scrapbooking theme and sharing pages/samplers/and decor pieces we've created.
I started with a 12" x 12" sheet of Basic White cardstock and added a 4" x 6" piece of Bubble Bath cardstock to the top left and bottom right corners. I then cut two floral pieces of the DSP to 4" x 6" and adhered them to the lower left and top right corners. The leaf pattern pieces of DSP for the top and bottom mid-section are 3" x 4", and the center mat of Berry Burst cardstock is 4' x 6". I designed this layout to be able to scrapbook three photos. I intend to use this scrapbook page for some photos of my nieces' dance recital. Her "posed" pic will be the center feature, and then I'll place an additional photo on the Bubble Bath cardstock mats.
I fussy cut a bouquet of large flowers from a third pattern of the Delightful Floral DSP and added a bow of sheer ribbon.
The stitched die cut and sentiment are from the
Timeless Arrangements Bundle, stamped in Berry Burst ink and accented by a single Brushed Brass Butterfly.

Welcome to our Creative Cardiology Team October 2022 Blog Hop! This month we're sharing projects featuring an Autumn/Fall theme. Autumn is probably my favorite season and the weather has been especially beautiful this year. I've enjoyed some fun fall hikes with my family and taken lots of photos so I'm in desperate need of some scrapbook pages to preserve those memories! Now I've at least got page 1 ready to add photos too!
I used Very Vanilla cardstock to create 6 photo mats sized at 3-1/2" x 4" - though I plan to use the 6th one in the lower right as a journaling box. You could crop your photos to 3-1/4" x 3-3/4" if you'd like a border showing around them, or just remove the mats all together.
I used the Fond of Autumn Bundle to create a fun page element which doubles as my page header.
Here is a close up of the journaling box which I've decorated using the Rustic Harvest pumpkin and sunflowers. I colored all the page elements using Stampin' Blends.

Layer 1 - Cajun Craze 8-1/2" x 11"
Layer 2 - Very Vanilla 3-1/2" x 4" (need 6)
Layer 3 - Rustic Harvest DSP 3/4" x 12"

Other - Cajun Craze 3" x 3" for Pumpkin & Very Vanilla 5-1/2" x 5-1/2" for stamped leaves, banner, flowers, and acorn
Ribbon - Black & White Gingham 12" held in place with Tear & Tape adhesive
