Blossom Wishes Back to School Card for the Creative Cardiology Team Kits Collection August 2023 Blog Hop
Welcome to our Creative Cardiology Team August 2023 Blog Hop! This month we're sharing projects featuring some of our favorite Kits from the Stampin' Up! Kits Collection that are curently on sale 10 - 30% off during the month of August 2023.
Today I'm using the new Blossom Wishes Kit. I love the bright, bold colors and detailed fruit images - and it's on sale for just $11.70 right now. That's a steal for an 8 card kit!
While the kit cards are designed as slimline/money holders - I created this alternate project to show how the kit elements can be used to make a standard 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" card too.
I stamped the sentiment from the Wonderful Thoughts stamp set and thought it would be great for sending to someone heading back to school - whether student or teacher. It's an exciting time of year but there are also a lot of anxieties that come along with it too - so it's nice to share a bit of encouragement and remind someone that they are capable of amazing things.
In addition to the Orchid Oasis, Starry Sky, and Sweet Sorbet In Colors used in this kit - there is also a bit of Wild Wheat. I played that up by adding a sneak peek of a new Designer Series Paper called Garden Walk (available Sept 6!) along with some Wild Wheat Ribbon and embellishments.
