Stampin' Up! Field Journal Card for the Creative Cardiology Team Color Challenge Blog Hop

Welcome to our Creative Card-iology Team September Blog Hop!  This month we're sharing projects inspired by the Color Challenge photo below.  The original photo was of our team member Kim's fun cardigan sweater, and it had some many fabulous colors in it we decided it would be great to use as creative inspiration.
I pulled out the Field Journal stamp set and decided to feature each of the three critters in an array of scalloped circles of different sizes and colors.  I had a concept in mind to arrange a trio of circles on my cardfront and I was quite please that my card actually came to life just as I had envisioned.  
Between the various colors of cardstock and the fun Holiday Rhinestone Gems sprinkled around the cardfront I think I used just about every color from the Color Challenge image!  I contemplated coloring the stamped images with my Stampin' Blends but then decided against it as I thought it might appear a bit too busy.  I think I like the black and white.  What do you think?  Here's a closer look for you:
